Fall Season And Windows |
Fall is quickly approaching as summer is quickly coming to and end. We're half of the way through with the heat, summer vacations, and the preparations for back to school are birthing in the stores. How do I know? Well outside of all kinds of school supplies, the windows are shining, with end of summer sales. Back to school sales. Sales for this and yes, even the autumn leaves and their beautiful colors are showing up on windows. Have you seen it? Have you stopped long enough to notice that change is in the air? Or, are you one of those still running so fast and furious that you haven't had time to stop and smell the changes? I'm one of the runner! I love to run hard, but I also enjoy transitioning to new and beautiful seasons.
One of my favorite things to do as holidays and seasons come and go, is to rush into the new season with those colors and holiday themes that come with it. For example, with fall, there are leaves that are all kinds of rich colors. With browns, oranges, burnt red, and yellows, they almost melt in your mouth. You can now have windows that have lights those colors, and that will bring accents to your window decorations. Also, remember, with Fall comes Labor Day, Back-To-School, Halloween and Harvest Festivals, and then closing the season is Thanksgiving.
This is a lot of work going from season to season if you don't plan carefully. That's why you need to use your base colors and themes, like leaves to carry you through those seasons. Then, you only have be concerned with changing the focal point of the window, the main event if you will. Back-To-School, changes into Halloween, or Harvest themes with pumpkins, corn stalks and the like. Thanksgiving includes the pilgrims, their celebration meals and so forth. There's so much that you can do to welcome each season in, just by your windows alone.
Remember, while these are all decorations for each season, if you haven't got a good foundation, then it's pointless. The foundation that I'm talking about is that of the window that you are putting all of these designs on. If it's chipped has cracks, breaks or anything like that, well the decorations aren't going to make the impact that you want them too. If all that is on them is dirt, make sure you wash them clean. If it's more than dirt, get them replaced by a company that can do the work effectively, such as your gl[censored] needs. Anyone that does any type of artwork will tell you, that the canvas makes all the difference in how the work turns out, so take the time to make sure your canvas is worth painting on!
